Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of Norway aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all products with the unique codes. Internet access, EA Account, EA SPORTS FC™ 24 (“Game”) (sold separately) on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC via EA app, Steam or Epic (“Supported Platforms”), a compatible video game device (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC) (sold separately), and a valid email address are required. Not available on Switch. Participants can visit www.ea.com and create an EA Account (if they do not have one already) by following the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en/eadp_check/signup/. EA Account registration requires agreement to EA’s User Agreement and Privacy & Cookie Policy. Conditions and restrictions apply to your use of the Game; see ea.com/legal.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 1 October 2023 and 23:59 GMT on the 31 December 2023 inclusive. Gifts can be redeemed until 29 February 2024.
4. To Redeem: Purchase a Promotional Product, see clause 5 for details, then visit www.europe.pepsifc24.com and complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address and postcode) and to create a Pepsi Promo account on the website (login and password). Then, enter your EA Account credentials, link your EA account to Pepsi Promo account on the website and enter the unique code found on pack to receive your Gift.

8. Further Gift Details and Conditions:
a. To redeem your Gift:
i. Launch EA SPORTS FC™ 24 on a Supported Platform, sign into the same EA Account used in clause 4 above, and enter the ‘Ultimate Team’ mode. In-Game content is limited per game platform and will be granted to a participant’s EA Account on the first Supported Platform that a participant signs into the Game on after completing the steps in clause 4 above.
ii. Valid participants will see a pop-up message in-Game stating that you have been granted Pepsi reward content.
iii. Go to the ‘Store’ and redeem your Gift.
iv. A user can have ten (10) invalid code entry attempts within 1 minute before their account is flagged/temporarily locked.
b. Limit 10 Gift redemptions per EA Account.
9. Gift Fulfilment: Gifts will be granted immediately after completing all the steps in clause 4. If a participant is logged into the Game during completion of these steps, they will need to exit the Game and re-login for the content to appear. In the unlikely event that a Gift does not appear in the participant’s in-Game Store within 24hrs the participant must inform the Promoter by contacting Ringnes AS customer support via telephone (+47) 22 06 95 00 or email forbrukerkontakt@ringnes.no. If a participant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Gift or limit its value at its sole discretion.
10. The Promoter may request that the participant participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation in publicity is at the participant’s discretion and is not a condition of Gift Acceptance.
11. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you participate in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claims (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of participants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Gifts may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion.
c. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify claims which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
12. The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Gifts or any element of the Gifts are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Gift or element of the Gift for another of equal or greater value.
13. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the promo website www.europe.pepsifc24.com.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Gifts except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam or Epic.
17. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products, or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
18. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that Electronic Arts Inc. is not a promoter of this Promotion.
19. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
20. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
